- Finish Gloss. The texture of the finished surface will depend on the film thickness and number of coats applied. *Note:* Application as a clear topcoat may lead to a cloudy appearance if the product is overworked, applied too thick, or applied too far into its pot life. This product has a short working time. Caution should be taken to apply the material immediately after mixing and to not overwork the product when rolling.
A slower setting Polyaspartic floor coating, offering longer working time and lower viscosity. Series 257 minimizes the potential for lap marks and roller lines when used in large flooring applications. It can be used as a two coat thin-film system or as a clear or pigmented finish coat over systems built using epoxy or polyurethane modified concrete floor toppings that have been fully broadcast with aggregate, colored quartz or colored flake. Series 257 will provide protection against impact, abrasion and mild chemicals, has excellent gloss and color retention, and resistance to yellowing. This low VOC, 100% solids urethane exhibits low odor characteristics allowing for use near occupied spaces.

Series N224 is a customized decorative floor topping utilizing colored flake, broadcast either at random or refusal. Ultra-Tread MVT is a low odor, slurry applied, high performance moisture control base layer designed to reduce moisture vapor emissions prior to the application of non-breathing, polymer floor topping finishes. Ultra-Tread MVT is a self-priming base coat that can be applied to 10 day old concrete. It can withstand moisture vapor transmission up to 20 lbs (per ASTM F 1869) and relative humidity up to 99% (per ASTM F 2170). Note: Series N241 must be broadcast to refusal with aggregate, color quartz, or decorative flake within 15 to 20 minutes of application. Color quartz and/or decorative flake systems will require an additional broadcast layer using non-pigmented Series N222, N222FC, N224, 256, 257, or 286 to obtain a uniform appearance and texture before applying the desired clear finish coats. This will typically result in a total system thickness of approximately 1/8". Series N241 may also be used as a primer for Series N242 systems. Series N241 must be broadcast to refusal and allowed to cure a minimum of 6 hours prior to applying the N242 mortar.

Series N242 is a low-odor, slurry-applied, flowable mortar floor topping designed for monolithic applications in abusive service areas. It provides superior performance to other flooring systems such as acid brick, quarry tile, and most polymer flooring systems. Designed for use in food and beverage facilities, pharmaceutical and processing areas, commercial and restaurant kitchens, or anywhere a durable floor topping is required. Provides excellent chemical resistance and withstands thermal shock due to hot liquids and aggressive cleaning procedures. Areas may be quickly returned to service within hours of installation, depending on temperature and humidity. Series N242 is a self-priming base coat that can be applied to 10-day-old concrete. It can withstand moisture vapor transmission up to 20 lbs (per ASTM F 1869) and relative humidity up to 99% (per ASTM F 2170). Series N242 replaces Series 245.

An extremely fast-curing, multi-purpose and finish coat resin with low temperature cure capability. Used to build aggregate, colored quartz or decorative flake filled floor topping systems. It can also be used as a clear or pigmented finish coat over systems built using Series 256 or systems built using epoxy, or polyurethane modified concrete floor toppings that have been fully broadcast with aggregate, colored quartz or colored flake. Series 256 will provide protection against impact, abrasion and mild chemicals, has excellent gloss and color retention, and resistance to yellowing. This low VOC, 100% solids urethane exhibits low odor characteristics allowing for use near occupied spaces.
