A versatile, high-build, epoxy internal lining applied in a single coat by plural component equipment. Its enhanced chemical resistance and physical properties make it an excellent, cost-effective choice for corrosion control in tanks handling brine water, drilling mud, mild temperature backflow, and a wide range of chemicals used in the oil and gas industry. Series 307 contains micro-fiber reinforcement for enhanced film integrity.
A convenient, easy to use touch-up kit, ideal for small repairs and holidays. Packaged in a two-part dispenser tube that separates resin and hardener and is applied using a high-thrust ratio applicator. Compatible with all Tank Armor products.
An advanced generation, solvent-free, high build epoxy lining for the interior of steel storage tanks and vessels from various cargos including non-potable water, crude oil, diesel fuel and other refine petroleum products. Also used to line concrete basins, troughs, and tanks where a coating resistant to chemicals, fuels, and domestic wastewater immersion service is needed. Note: Series 322-1241 can be used with mat to create a reinforced laminate system excellent for use over heavily pitted internal tank bottoms. Contact Tnemec Technical for additional information.
Internally reinforced, 100% solids epoxy lining that provides protection against corrosion and chemical attack. Specified for use as a protective lining in finished fuels, sweet/sour crude, and brine immersion exposures for above-ground and transport tanks, and pipelines. Series 335 provides long-term durability and corrosion control for extended service life. Also recommended as a liner for tanks and transports containing DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid). Contact Tnemec for more information.
A thick-film epoxy formulated for corrosion control and internal lining of petroleum storage tanks. Lining may also be used for select chemical storage tanks. Refer to the Tnemec Chemical Resistance Chart.
A high-build, tightly cross-linked, high-performance epoxy with excellent resistance to a broad range of chemicals, solvents, and petroleum over a wide range of temperatures. Refer to the Series 350 Chemical Resistance Guide for more information.
A 100% solids flexible polymer formulated for general use as a trowel grade filler/surfacer for steel and provides protection against chemical attack and environmental degradation. Resistant to a wide range of petroleum products, fuels, gasohol, waste, alkalis, and organic and inorganic acids. Compatible with a variety of topcoats. Note: Contact your Tnemec representative or Tnemec Technical Service with specific chemical exposures.
Spray applied, 100% solids, high-build, reinforced epoxy formulated for use as an internal lining for tanks and other aggressive chemical immersion service, including immersion in sulfuric acid concentrations up to 98%. Exhibits an excellent range of chemical and solvent resistance combined with physical properties that support long-term durability and extended service life. Contact Tnemec for more information.
An epoxy lining formulated for corrosion control and aggressive chemical immersion in pressurized vessels, pipelines, storage tanks, industrial wastewater, etc. Series 370 exhibits superior resistance to a wide range of chemicals with excellent physical properties for long term durability and service life, and offers convenient airless spray application for both field and shop. Contains micro-fiber reinforcement for improved film integrity. Note: Application, environmental and design factors, chemical temperatures, and chemical mixtures can significantly impact coating performance, so due care should be exercised in the selection and use of the coating. Contact your Tnemec representative to review full project details before coating is selected.
An internal epoxy lining formulated for aggressive chemical immersion and corrosion control of chemical tanks. Contains micro-fiber reinforcement for improved film integrity. Series 391 exhibits superior resistance to a wide range of chemicals, acids, and fractionation blends with excellent physical properties for long-term durability and the service life of transport and storage tanks. Contact Tnemec for more information.
A thick-film, reinforced epoxy interior lining engineered for severe service in mining, mineral processing, and other heavy industrial environments where abrasion, impact, and corrosive attack occur simultaneously. Series 396 Tank Armor is well suited for slurry handling, milling circuits, tailings systems, and high-solids process and storage vessels, providing durable protection under continuous wear conditions. Series 396 provides an ultra high-build film, up to 125 mils (3.2 mm) DFT in one coat, extending service life capabilities when exposed to aggressive solids, erosive flow, and corrosive chemistries.
