Common Usage
A 100% volume solids Abrasion Resistant Overcoat (ARO) system designed as a protective topcoat for fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) during directional- and thrust-bore drilling and other severe abrasive pipeline applications. ARO can also be used as a direct to metal (DTM) system to protect steel or ductile iron substrates when HDD (horizontal directional drilling) or abrasion is a concern.
