The essence of small-town America is embodied in this water tower. As the welcome monument from the east, the community tower in its "pre-Tnemec" days was a tattered tower with stains on its underbelly. However, that changed in 2025, when Ozark Applicators began the restoration work on the tower. As a finale to the project, a lone Shamrock, the school mascot, was added. With its freshly painted tower, New Haven, Missouri, has a new sense of Shamrock pride.
