The exterior began with a primer of Series 94-H2O Hydro-Zinc, followed by a stripe coat and intermediate coat of Series N140 Pota-Pox Plus. A preliminary coat of Series 73 Endura-Shield added further durability, before the tower was finished with Series V700 HydroFlon to lock in lasting color and gloss. Even the city’s name and logo were applied with HydroFlon, ensuring this landmark stays crisp and vibrant for years to come.
