The rolling hills and scenic views of Fluvanna County, Va., are among the most beautiful in the nation. To ensure the Zion Crossroads water tank didn’t interfere with the landscape, the owners decided to coat the tank in an aesthetically pleasing blue tone and to include a beautiful new logo to enhance the water tower’s look (and act as a billboard for the community). To help the tank’s appearance remain bright for years to come, the project team utilized a full Tnemec coating system, including a topcoat of the high-performance acrylic polyurethane coating, Series 1074U Endura-Shield II.
