As a second generation Tnemec coating consultant, Tiffany learned the importance of technical knowledge as a component of customer service early in her career while working in the agency’s office. That experience was invaluable as she gained expertise in specialty architectural coatings for structures built for correctional, commercial, recreational, veterinary and health care purposes. Tiffany earned the Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certificate from the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). She is past president and active on several committees of the Nashville Chapter of CSI, such as organizing the annual product show event. She earned an associate’s degree from Belmont University in Nashville prior to joining the agency in 1996.
