Tnemec Company Names 2009 Water/Wastewater Contractor of the Year
Universal Painting, Lakeland, Fla., has been named 2009 Water/Wastewater Contractor of the Year by Tnemec Company, Inc., a recognized leader in the wastewater industry for more than 50 years, according to Vaughn O’Dea, Director of Sales, Water & Wastewater Treatment.
O’Dea shares, “We are pleased to honor Universal Painting with this award. As a specialty contractor that focuses on the wastewater market, Universal has demonstrated expertise in applying Tnemec’s Perma-Shield and Elasto-Shield products.”
“Their recent work as coating contractor for the reject tanks at the new 20 million gallons per day Central Water Reclamation Facility near Pensacola, Fla. showcases Universal’s quality application and workmanship,” adds O’Dea.
Prior recipients of the award include Llamas Coatings, Inc., Smyrna, Georgia (2005), and Southland Painting Corp., Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. (2006-2008).
