For over 20 years, the Steel Plate Fabricators Association (SPFA) has recognized their "Tank of the Year" award. And it's no surprise that Tnemec coatings cover a majority of these best-dressed tanks every year!
The purpose of the award spotlights the tanks that best represent the advantages and flexibility of steel construction while rewarding the member companies instrumental in performing the work on these projects.
All entries are evaluated and rated on promotional value, uniqueness, engineering/design and aesthetics.
Each year a tank is selected for each of the four categories (Elevated, Standpipe, Ground Storage Reservoir & Special Storage Systems).
