Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, counseling employees, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Condut performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development planning.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA.
- Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- PayCom experience or related HRIS experience preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
